About the Role

The Workforce Strategy & Planning Lead plays a critical role in managing and coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex strategies and projects to achieve specific outcomes.

This position requires a collaborative, agile, and disciplined individual who can deliver outcomes for all students of NSW. The successful candidate will have experience managing projects, conducting research, analysing and reviewing complex workforce strategies and policy issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective processes, systems, and tools to support prioritisation and implementation of strategic work across the business unit.
  • Manage and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex strategies and projects.
  • Support the achievement of organisational objectives through data-driven decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
