We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team as an HR Associate Director. In this role, you will provide support to several global senior leaders and collaborate with the wider HR ecosystem to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement across regions.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering cyclical HR activities such as performance, reward, talent management, and succession planning. You will also drive strategic workforce planning and organisational design strategies, working closely with business leaders to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our organisation.

With a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and end-to-end HR functions, you will leverage data and insights to support leaders in making informed people, workforce, and talent decisions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including hybrid and flexible working arrangements, wellbeing leave days, paid parental leave, and access to learning and development opportunities.
