As an HR Business Partner for LLL, you'll oversee workforce development, providing strategic HR direction and change advice for the client group.
This role suits a skilled HR professional familiar with start-up HR needs, to shape a contemporary human resource function that services a complex and growing environment. You'll drive HR innovation and oversee the provision of dedicated strategic and operational HR support to establish yourself as a trusted people partner to senior leaders, including the Faculty Executive Director, Deans, Heads of School, and other Senior Academics.
Who You Are:
As an experienced HR leader, you'll have a proven track record in influencing best HR practice and providing forward-thinking advice and solutions to a growing workforce, alongside:
- Significant contemporary generalist HR experience in large and complex organisations.
- Experience navigating workforce options within the scope of Enterprise Agreements.
- An innovative mindset to lead the development and implementation of effective HR solutions and initiatives across recruitment, global mobility, workforce planning, remuneration, industrial relations, organisational development, and workplace diversity HR practices and legislation.
- Confidence in partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, professional, and consistent HR services.
- A contributor to the broader organisation through projects and collaboration.
