Role Overview

As a key member of Macquarie's Finance Management Group, this role provides critical support to senior leaders and collaborates with the wider HR ecosystem to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver cyclical HR activities, including performance, reward, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning and organisational design strategies in consultation with business leaders.
  • Leverage data and insights to support leaders in making data-driven people, workforce, and talent decisions.
  • Implement change across the ANZ region, ensuring consistency in processes and policies where possible on a global scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with proven work experience as a Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a solid understanding of end-to-end HR functions and best practices.
  • Demonstrable expertise in organisational design practices and strategic workforce planning.
  • A proven people leader with consulting, relationship building, and influence capability.
  • Ability to analyse and communicate data-driven insights.
