Strategic Workforce Development Specialist

In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client's workforce.
As a Human Resource Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing workforce planning processes and providing expert advice on staffing and financial administration matters, with a focus on compliance with government policies and legislative frameworks.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition Management: Lead the delivery of end-to-end talent acquisition services, including candidate attraction, selection, assessment, and onboarding in alignment with best practice methodologies, Public Service Commission guidelines, and legislative requirements.
- Consultation and Coaching: Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to management and staff on talent acquisition methodologies, legislative matters, and compliance with government policies. Work to ensure that recruitment and workforce planning efforts align with organisational strategies and promote best practices in workforce development.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organisation's business, challenges, and objectives. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce planning services are tailored to meet operational needs and align with organisational goals.
- Project Management: Oversee the management of projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning. This includes developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and liaising with suppliers and contractors. Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle to meet key milestones and outcomes.
- Industry Awareness and Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that optimise workforce outcomes. Contribute to the development of a best-practice talent acquisition function that aligns with both organisational and government priorities.
