About the Role

The Workforce Strategy and Planning Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex strategies and projects to achieve specific outcomes. The role requires effective process management, system analysis, and tool development to support prioritization and implementation of strategic work across the business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing workforce strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  2. Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  3. Analysing and reviewing complex workforce data to inform strategic decision-making.
  4. Designing and implementing processes and systems to support project delivery and evaluation.
About You
  • You are a seasoned project management professional with experience in managing projects, conducting research, and analysing complex data.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • You are highly analytical, with a natural ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • You are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes and have a passion for driving organisational improvement.
