Strategic Community Outreach and Workforce Development Lead

About the Role:
Lendlease is currently hiring for a Strategic Community Outreach and Workforce Development Lead to join our NSW Construction business.
This role is responsible for end-to-end management of Stakeholder Engagement and Workforce and Industry Participation, including strategic planning, initiative implementation, program administration and reporting.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing employment programs, community partnerships, and workforce participation programs, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
They will also have construction industry experience, ideally from large-scale commercial, healthcare, civil, and major infrastructure projects, as well as experience with data capture, analysis, and reporting.
We offer competitive compensation with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits including health & wellbeing program, work flexibility, paid parental leave, and bonus scheme.
