Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage a critical line of business handling safety incidents for Australia and New Zealand customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and motivate a team navigating sensitive cases in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employ critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and creative problem-solving skills to help employees navigate sensitive cases.
  • Lead internal operational work streams, including analytics and reporting, quality assurance, training and development, and administration.
  • Provide oversight for escalated requests across safety lines of business.
Your Skills
  • People management, including dispute resolution, training & development, and reporting.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer-facing role with safety support experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
