Role Overview:
As the Regional HSE Business Partner for Sydney, you will play a vital role in promoting workplace safety and ensuring regulatory compliance across various dealership sites. Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, you will work closely with regional leaders to implement and sustain effective HSE programs through influence, coaching, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Leadership: Lead the implementation of HSE initiatives to ensure compliance with safety laws and internal standards.
  • Risk & Incident Management: Perform regular site visits, conduct audits, identify hazards, and ensure timely response to safety incidents.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to managers and teams, fostering a proactive, safety-first culture.
  • HSE System Maintenance: Oversee and update the HSE Management System to meet company goals and legal requirements.
  • Training & Development: Facilitate toolbox talks, WHS coordinator training, and identify ongoing training needs.
