As Sr. Executive Coordinator for Australia and New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO's priorities, managing daily administrative tasks, and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Strategic Support: Understand JLL's strategic priorities, focus on key deliverables for the CEO, develop trusted relationships, and build relationships with clients and industry groups.
  • Administration & Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, manage diaries, emails, documents, collaborate with other executive assistants, identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, and ensure compliance with governance and process best practices.
  • Expense Management: Undertake routine payment and reconciliation of invoices, expenses, and credit card statements, assist in reviewing and approving expenses.
  • Event Management: Coordinate client functions and corporate events, including logistics and venue sourcing.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the CFO, Head of HR, and other executives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external contacts, such as clients, industry partners, and vendors.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and other executives.

About You

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEOs and Senior Executives.
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering professional executive assistant responsibilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience supporting CFO and HR leaders across multiple industries is preferred.
  • Event management experience is preferred.
