Job Summary

Varonis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion with existing and new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
