Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that deliver sustainable sales growth for Masterpet brands across allocated customers.

You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve Masterpet's understanding of customers and their categories. Your ability to interact and build relationships with various stakeholders will be key to your success.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your sales skills and work with exciting new products and brands. You will also be able to apply your creativity to help make improvements to the business and your customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the Masterpet Australia (MPAU) sales strategy within the assigned account portfolio;
  2. Grow and develop strategic account plans that are aligned with broader business strategies, objectives, and internal perspectives;
  3. Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in identified national and key accounts;
  4. Grow & develop competency base of account management toolkits, techniques, and skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience working within either an FMCG or pet specialty account management role;
  2. Degree Qualification in related industry/function preferable;
  3. Budgeting and commercial acumen;
  4. Comfortable with sales and category reporting, insights, and analysis;
  5. Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills - specifically excel, teams and power point, with the ability to quickly learn internal systems;
  6. High level of self-motivation and results focused;
  7. Strong planning and organisational skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of AU$85,000 - AU$105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
