Men's Health Program Coordinator

The Men's Shed Coordinator is a pivotal position at Ingkintja Male Health Centre, responsible for developing and implementing programs and services at Ingkintja's Men's Shed.
The successful candidate will provide support and development for Aboriginal men, focusing on improving their physical health, well-being, social connectedness, and enabling a sense of purpose.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable and disadvantaged Aboriginal males.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individual and group programs to promote physical health, well-being, and social connectedness among Aboriginal men
- Provide support and development opportunities to enhance the lives of Aboriginal males
- Collaborate with the Ingkintja team to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to promote the health and well-being of Aboriginal men
What You'll Need
- Passion for improving the lives of Aboriginal men
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with Aboriginal communities or males is highly regarded
