As the Senior Dentist Manager at Oral Health Service Central Australia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality oral health services to eligible groups in Central Australia.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the effective delivery of client-centred oral health services in accordance with OHSCA policies and procedures.
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, evaluate, and report on services provided at Flynn Drive Dental Centre.
  • Provide comprehensive clinical services to eligible client groups, including consultancy advice on complex cases.
  • Supervise and mentor final year dental students on clinical placement and professional staff.

**About the Role:

This is an ongoing vacancy offering a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of $206,905, plus generous allowances and salary packaging options. As part of our team, you will contribute to the formulation of OHSCA operational and clinical plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines. You will also foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role-modelling behaviour.
