About the Role

The Research Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of research project/s at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress. This includes community and stakeholder consultation and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with external research organisations, community stakeholders, and Congress Senior Research Manager.
  • Supervise a team and staff across multiple areas with training responsibilities.
  • Liaise with other organisations outside Congress.

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress provides a comprehensive primary health care service to Aboriginal people in Alice Springs and nearby remote communities.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package including:

  • Base Salary: $100,210 - $119,925 (pro rata)
  • Total Effective Package: $122,971 - $145,252 (pro rata)*
  • District allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
