As a Frontline Health Administration Coordinator with Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The Medical Receptionist is the primary point of contact for clients at our clinic receptions. In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide a high standard of client service and administrative support to the Clinic Team.

Your key responsibilities will include triaging patients, booking appointments, and providing assistance to clients in accessing the care they need. You will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the clinic, making it essential that you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as you will be required to manage your workload efficiently and meet deadlines.

You will be working across multiple clinics in Alice Springs, including Gap Road, Larapinta, Northside, and Sadadeen. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our healthcare team.
