The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized individual to join our team, supporting our Heyington Campus. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for queries, providing comprehensive administrative support.

This role is crucial to our operations and requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for interacting with people.

Previous experience in the use of various software programs would be highly regarded, in order to maintain accurate records and databases. A willingness to assist with the organisation of school events and activities would be expected.

The position is ongoing part-time (0.4), working 2 days per week (negotiable), commencing 22 April 2025. The successful applicant will need to be flexible as they may be required to work at other campuses during these days, to cover staff absences.

Previous experience working in a school environment will be highly preferable.
