**UFS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team at UFS Medical in Sebastopol.**

**About the role**:
Our Medical Receptionists provide exceptional customer service for our patients and medical services teams. They provide efficient, accurate and timely medical administrative services within our Medical Centre.

This is a full-time role based at our Sebastopol Clinic. The role may be called upon to work at one of our other 3 Medical Centres in Ballarat from time to time.

Our new Medical Receptionist will:

- Have had previous work experience in a medical reception role
- Have a friendly positive attitude and understand exceptional customer service
- Focus on Quality and know the importance of following systems and processes in work practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
- Confident and capable administration and computer skills including MS Office, Teams and ideally Zedmed clinical software,
