UFS Healthcare is seeking experienced medical receptionists seeking part time or casual employment in the Ballarat area. UFS operates 3 Medical Centres in the Ballarat area and the successful applicant may work across multiple locations.

Headquartered in Ballarat, we:

- operate 19 pharmacies across the western region of Victoria delivering health services beyond dispensing
- offer a range of services through our three medical centres
- provide non-emergency medical care, free of charge to our local community through the Ballarat Priority Primary Care Centre (PPCC)
- operate Supercare Nursing Services across Victoria, providing after-hours nursing services to the communities we serve.

**About UFS Medical**
UFS Medical offers general practice consultations, physiotherapy, dietetic and podiatry services, women's health clinic and pathology. Its main focus is on providing exceptional healthcare and customer service.

Other services provided include chronic disease management, preventative medicine, family planning, minor procedures, travel medicine, women's and men's health, immunisations, corporate medicals and paediatrics.

**Key qualifications**
- Sound knowledge and experience in a general practice environment.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Providing support to clinical staff
- Managing patient flow
- Answering enquiries
- Administration tasks
- Diary management
