Bannockburn Veterinary Clinic has a full time (38 hours) Receptionist position available for immediate commencement. This is a salaried position with 4 weeks annual leave and 12 % superannuation. No weekend hours are required.

The Receptionist position is vitally important as the face of the clinic, in controlling the smooth operation of a busy mixed practice and providing Client Care.

The position requires a friendly attitude, with client care the primary focus, a memory for names and faces of clients and pets.

A team orientated approach with an ability to multi task is essential, initiative is also imperative.

Exposure to veterinary software would be advantageous but not essential, likewise Excel, Word and Outlook.

This position requires collaboration with our team (total 25 staff) of Veterinary nurses and Veterinarians

We are a privately owned Veterinary Practice (2 x Partners) located 18 km from central Geelong. The clinic is set on a large block in a country setting.
