About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Dental Receptionist to join our fast-paced dental team at UFS Dental Care. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients — helping them feel welcomed, supported and well cared for from the moment they arrive.

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with the Dental Lead to keep the practice running smoothly and ensure a high standard of patient service.

Part-time hours

Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 3:45pm (8:15am start on Tuesdays)

As a Dental Receptionist at UFS Dental Care, you will:

· Meet and greet patients, creating a warm and professional first impression

· Manage appointment bookings, confirmations and changes

· Answer phone and email enquiries with care and attention

· Handle payments and update patient records accurately

· Provide information about dental services and current offers

· Support the Dental Lead with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

· Access and manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality

· Foster strong relationships with patients, offering high-end care and service

· Follow clinic policies and procedures to maintain a safe and effective environment

· A strong communicator , both verbally and in writing.
