**The Position**
$70-80k + Super based on experience.
The role has the potential to grow into whatever area your passion lies.
Support across three areas of the business:
- Bids & Submissions admin
- WHS
- Office Administration
- Coordinate with our Estimators to support the delivery of tenders and estimating projects.
- Maintain the tender register and relevant files.
- Prepare tender submissions liaising with estimators, suppliers, and management.
- General administration duties for the office
- Support the HSE teams with admin support
- Support the office manager
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2+ years working in a similar role or within bids or administration for estimating or similar
- Must have worked in CONSTRUCTION or similar
- Advanced capability with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Accurate and highly attentive to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
- A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills to support a diverse set of stakeholders.
- A team player with the ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously.
Seeking positive, team focused, can do attitude, fun personality.
