Facilities Administration Assistant

Managing a busy front administration reception and help desk, the Facilities Services Admin Assistant is the first line of contact for all stakeholders who would like to engage with the Facilities team.
The role provides support and assistance in handling and triaging enquires and requests and ensures jobs are logged and managed through the facilities management ticketing system.

Your ability to work to tight deadlines whilst ensuring attention to detail is critical to the success of this position.
The ability to look at processes and procedures and suggest new and innovative ways to work will be fostered and encouraged.
You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a facilities, property services or an educational setting.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication.
Demonstrated ability to display initiative, contribute new ideas and introduce process improvements.
Intermediate to advanced Word/Excel.
Experience with a ticketing system is desirable but not essential.
Ability to demonstrate professional conduct and discretion at all times.
