AND YOU ARE ?

A warm, easy communicator (no cross words pass your lips), you possess
practical knowledge of recruitment coordination and admin support**, along with:


  • Sales admin, marketing admin, HR admin experience or similar
-
PA experience:

  • Worked in busy, diverse admin support roles
-
Strategic and operational administration planning ability:


  • Advanced MS Office and overall tech skills, familiarity with LinkedIn, SharePoint, CANVA, applicant tracking system (Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere of similar) and WordPress

Recruitment admin or resourcing experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Administration, Marketing, Business is ideal
Reporting to and
directly assisting PJ, our fabulous Managing Director, your responsibilities include brainteasers such as:


  • Supporting the end-to-end processes of recruitment:
  • Job advertisement posting
  • Triaging phone enquiries

Coordinating reference checks and psychometric testing:


  • Assisting with the development and delivery of marketing and sales initiatives and projects:
  • Liaising with the bookkeeper for accounts and invoicing

Providing comprehensive process and admin support to our Recruitment Specialists to optimise their workflow and effectiveness:

  • Preparing and administering marketing initiatives and proposal presentations

Business systems and website management:

  • Generating reports and data analysis
