**Bookkeeper**:
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax preparation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assistannt in preparing tax returns and financial reports
- Procesing Pyaroll and superannuation
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Xero
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
**Administrator in an Accounting Firm**:
Provides organizational and clerical support, including scheduling, data entry, and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage appointments
- Assist in invoicing and file organization
- Assist in Data entry and filling the forms as needed
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week
**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Pymble, NSW 2073: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)
- Xero: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
