The Position
$70-80k + Super based on experience.

The role has the potential to grow into whatever area your passion lies.

Support across three areas of the business:

  • Bids & Submissions admin
  • WHS
  • Office Administration
  • Coordinate with our Estimators to support the delivery of tenders and estimating projects.
  • Maintain the tender register and relevant files.
  • Prepare tender submissions liaising with estimators, suppliers, and management.
  • General administration duties for the office
  • Support the HSE teams with admin support
  • Support the office manager

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years working in a similar role or within bids or administration for estimating or similar
  • Must have worked in CONSTRUCTION or similar
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Accurate and highly attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
  • A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills to support a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • A team player with the ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously.
