Remuneration & Benefits Manager

**Your Impact**
Reporting to the Group Head of Reward, Workplace Relations & HR Governance, you will support the delivery of the People & Corporate Affairs strategy where you will provide specialist expertise with a focus on Reward & Benefit activities across Australia and New Zealand.
**Key responsibilities**
Besides being a great team player and having a keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, you will provide advice, analysis, and support to the HRBPs and line managers to ensure delivery of appropriate and effective remuneration decisions.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Project manage the annual remuneration review process
- Complete job evaluations using the Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation methodology and provide outcomes and evaluation rationale
- Establish market remuneration benchmarks, prepare comparative analysis and provide recommendations for organisational pay ranges.
- Conduct regular equal pay audits and provide recommendations and work with HRBPs to resolve gaps
- Lead the implementation and communication of incentive plans and payment outcomes
- Manage relationships with all relevant benefits providers and identify opportunities to improve and align benefits offered to employees
- Seek to understand business needs with a solutions lens and look externally for inspiration. Provide insights and make recommendations for flexible and innovative solutions to enhance the HR offering to the business
- Regularly participate in and lead projects that contribute to the delivery of the HR Plan
**About You**
Besides being a great team player and having a keen eye for detail, you're also excellent at stakeholder management and have high level Excel skills.
In addition, you will have:
- Tertiary qualified in HR, Business, or another related discipline
- Reward and/or specialist HR experience in a complex corporate organisation
- Sound project management experience
- Strong remuneration/numeracy skills
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- An impeccable communicator, with strong relationship management capability
