Remuneration and Benefits Specialist

Swinburne University of Technology is seeking an experienced Remuneration and Benefits Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end remuneration program of the University and providing expert advice on remuneration matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a job evaluation framework and build organisational capability to ensure accurate definition and evaluation of roles.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive remuneration framework.
- Deliver effective remuneration solutions that align with the University's business objectives.
- Ensure the correct application and governance of the University's remuneration frameworks, policies, and practices.
To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in the following key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated ability to manage a job evaluation framework and build organisational capability.
- Comprehensive knowledge managing and maintaining a remuneration framework.
- Solid background in developing a compelling benefits profile and delivering reward programs within medium to large organisations.
- Proven analytical and data handling skills with the ability to track market trends over time.
