As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing various projects and initiatives in support of our Remuneration and Benefits Frameworks. This includes job design and evaluation, remuneration reviews, talent and performance management, governance and reporting, and supporting academic promotions.
Key Accountabilities:- End-to-end management of key remuneration and benefits initiatives.
- Affinity or experience with job design and remuneration in the HR space.
- Experienced with data analysis and reporting using Excel.
- Coordination and administration skills and experience, with a demonstrated capacity to develop and deliver effective processes and systems.
- Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Degree qualifications relevant to Human Resources, Business, or other related disciplines, together with at least four years of subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience, plus 17% superannuation.
