About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end remuneration program of the University and providing expert advice, solutions, and recommendations on remuneration matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the correct application and governance of the University's remuneration frameworks, policies, and practices to maintain consistency, fairness, and equity across the organisation.
  • Stay informed about remuneration trends, review market data, engage in industry forums, and stay up-to-date on regulatory changes to ensure that our reward frameworks reflect current market information and best practices.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a job evaluation framework (ideally Mercer) and build organisational capability to ensure the accurate definition and evaluation of roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge managing and maintaining a remuneration framework.
  • Solid background in developing a compelling benefits profile and delivering reward programs within medium to large organisations.
  • Proven ability to be analytical & handle data effectively with the ability to track and understand the market and trends over time.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of AU$130,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, plus 17% superannuation.
