**About the role**

A farming Key Account Management role for a major new client in the oil & gas industry, setting up SOP’s, and building on existing business by client, phone call and visits to understand their supply chain requirements and issues and to supply solutions to them to grow said account
**.** Reporting from data collected from cargowise and internal systems and presenting to client manipulating sections they require

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Reporting data to client
- Client weekly visits and meetings
- Liaising with internal and external departments
- Setting up SOP’s for new clients and expanding portfolio
- Daily contact with your client to understand their needs and any issues
- Building on existing business with client into more markets

**Skills & Experience**
- Freight forwarding industry experience
- International customer service background
- Oil & Gas background or client focus advantagous
- Data & solutions focus
- Negotiation skills advantageous
- Confidence to run client meetings on a weekly basis
- Solutions minded

**Benefits**
