This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, however there will be occasional travel (on the road) with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Montu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory and ensure exceptional service to our partners.
**Driving Growth**:
- Drive order volume growth within your designated territory by fostering strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and meeting monthly targets.
- Actively seek out and onboard new pharmacy partners to the Leafio platform, converting leads into valued partnerships.
**Relationship Building**:
- Cultivate and maintain a solid and trusting relationship between Montu and our pharmacy partners, serving as their dedicated point of contact.
- Address partner issues and complaints promptly, ensuring resolutions are achieved to maintain positive relationships.
**Strategic Initiatives**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new value-added initiatives that enhance the partnership experience for our pharmacy partners.
- Engage in strategic planning to improve pharmacy results and drive mutual success.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Generate detailed forecasts and present them to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with internal teams, stakeholders, and for potential use in case studies or training sessions.
**Partnership Expansion**:
- Proactively expand existing partner relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify, nurture, and convert new pharmacy partners, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to expand Montu's footprint.
**Qualifications**
- 4 + experience in key account management, **highly desirable** if you have experience in the **pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.**:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in conducting market analysis and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications are a plus.
