We have an exciting opportunity for a **Key Account Manager** to join a dedicated team who are committed to delivering superior **Imaging solutions** to the healthcare sector in Australia.
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the General Manager Oceania, your role will be selling the Agfa Radiology products across the Imaging portfolio to achieve the allocated budget for the assigned territory. **Deliver sales success** through the development of new opportunities and maintenance of existing business through the successful sales of Agfa Radiology solutions. This role includes Key Account Management responsibilities for Corporate radiology and Public Health accounts.
**Your Key Responsibilities include**:
- Serve as the customer’s single point of contact for Agfa products, services, technical issues, and supply issues.
- Achieve assigned sales and profitability goals for Agfa products and services.
- Grow/maintain existing customers while driving new business with non-Agfa accounts which include hospitals, government facilities, imaging centers, physician practices, etc.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and identifying/employing Agfa resources to quickly resolve customer concerns.
- Develop/present/execute solutions to migrate existing customers from analog to digital at the customer’s pace; identify/engage resources at strategic times during the transition plan.
- Drive/manage relationships within the industry, including professional societies, distributors, OEMs, etc.
- Develop key account-specific business plans to increase revenues.
- Generate and act upon leads.
- Regularly Update Customer Sales Tool
