**About Your Role**:
As a Key Account Maestro, you'll be the linchpin in nurturing and expanding their key client relationships. Reporting directly to their Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in maximising revenue and profitability. Here's a sneak peek into what awaits you:
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with our cherished clients, ensuring top-notch service and unwavering satisfaction.
- Take the lead as the go-to person for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Spot opportunities for account growth and bring strategies to life, whether it's through up-selling or introducing new facets of their stellar training programs.
- Gather regular client feedback, spot trends, and collaborate seamlessly with their internal teams to implement enhancements.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and unique client challenges to proactively tackle potential issues.
- Translate client needs, expectations, and feedback into a language their internal teams understand, sparking innovation and improvement.
- Craft and maintain a tapestry of accurate and up-to-date account records using CRM software.
- Seize the reins and reactively respond to newly sprouted lead opportunities.
