**The Company**

An exciting opportunity to assist a well-known and growing organisation within the blue-collar industry. This client works within the public and private sectors with high profile clients on a temporary basis, this role could convert to permanency.

**The Role**

This role is reporting into the HR BP and some of the duties will include:

- Manage the end-to-end administration across the employee life cycle including the co-ordination of onboarding for new starters, transfer of current employees within the business, off-boarding for employees exiting the business, and all letter creation and correspondence management
- Support the establishment and implementation of an electronic HR
- Information System for workforce data
- Maintain excellent HR records including the documentation of all HR issues
- Accurate and timely collation of data for HR metrics and monthly reporting
- Management of the HR inbox; actioning requests and referring matters to the
- appropriate HR team member where necessary
- Maintain Human resources pages and updates on the company intranet
- Provide general administrative support to the entire HR team
