**Job Summary**: As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day human resources operations of our restaurant group. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRSM management and compliance, ensuring that our team members feel valued and supported.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Manage and maintain our HRMS ELMO. Keeping employee records, job descriptions and contracts up to date, improve our performance management templates and more.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Conduct quarterly HR audits for all company departments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Support employee engagement initiatives and facilitate training programs and professional development workshops with Evolve3.
Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate performance review processes and track employee development.
Ideally a diploma or higher-level HR accreditation.
1-2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role, hospitality industry advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for supporting team members
Highly empathetic with a direct communication style.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
