**About the company**
A not-for-profit based in the city are looking for someone to support their people and culture team as a coordinator. The organization are based in the city, ideal location for transport links.
This is a full-time ongoing position, working Monday - Friday. They operate on a flexible hybrid model, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
The position reports directly into the HR Manager. You will be supporting with end-to-end recruitment and generalist hr administrative duties.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Manage recruitment end-to-end
- Write and post job advertisements/position descriptions
- Attend job fairs and careers events
- Write offer letters
- Manage onboarding compliance
- Update policies and procedures
- Support with general HR administrative tasks
- Have continuous improvement at the forefront and look for ways to streamline processes
- Support with projects such as, engagement surveys and implementing a HRIS system
- Adhoc tasks as required
**You will have the following**:
- Tertiary level qualifications in human resources, or related discipline
- Experience working in the public sector is desirable
- Demonstrated experience working in a HR role
- Excellent rapport building skills and proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A high degree of computer literacy particularly in the use of Microsoft products and human resources system
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Passionate about working for an organization in the NFP industry
