Role Detail
Working as part of our Talent & Capability team, part of the wider People & Development group, this role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, yet be supported by a team of collaborative and collegiate HR professionals.
Reporting to the Sydney based Director - Culture Leadership & Wellbeing, and working closely with the Transformation Senior Manager, this 12mth parental leave will support Organisational Development initiatives such as:
- Engagement Survey Management: Lead the design, development, and implementation of our employee engagement surveys using Peakon. Collaborate with key stakeholders to tailor surveys that accurately measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.- Analyse engagement survey results and other relevant data to generate detailed reports and presentations. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and develop strategies to address identified areas for improvement.- Organisational Development Initiatives: Support various OD initiatives, including firm-wide projects that support cultural change.- Take charge of the ongoing development and enhancement of our induction program. Ensure that new joiners to KWM receive a comprehensive, engaging, and informative onboarding experience that aligns with our firm's principles and standards.- Play a key role in supporting and advancing our Rising Leaders leadership development program (targeted at new Senior Associates and Managers) including logistics, invitations and feedback.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of T&C initiatives and make recommendations for enhancements. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure that our programs remain innovative and impactful.
About You
You will be a forward-thinker with an innovative mindset who embraces new technologies. Your enjoyment in analysing data and identifying trends will be recognised and your ability to then turn those insights into L&D initiatives aligned with firmwide goals that drive impactful change, will set you up for success.
You will also bring:
- Previous experience in OD or Learning and Development, including hands-on experience with managing employee engagement surveys (ideally using Peakon), covering survey design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading induction programs, leadership development programs, or similar initiatives that support organisational growth.- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time and within budget.- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in OD, with a keen interest in staying updated with industry developments.- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.- Impactful communication both verbal and written with a flair for creative writing.- Genuine enthusiasm for helping others grow and succeed, with a deep commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
