Our client is a highly successful large scale builder established over 30 years ago. With a portfolio aimed at all levels from first home owners, investors, medium density developments through to the one off custom builds, this exceptional company offers a quality working environment with a high degree of autonomy.
We are currently in search of a experienced Investment Business Development Manager who will play a crucial role in expanding market share and driving business growth through overseas channels.
They are seeking a professional who excels in communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, research, strategy, and possesses strong business intelligence.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in developing key B2B relationships
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work within a team environment
- Knowledge of House & Land Sales as well as single contract sales
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
