We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Channel Growth Strategist to join our team at Rapid7. This exciting opportunity is based in Sydney or Brisbane, with a focus on growing the Rapid7 brand and presence across the ANZ region, particularly in NSW, QLD, and ACT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a channel growth strategy that drives revenue and market share growth in the region. You will work closely with the ANZ Sales team, Marketing, and technical consultants to ensure we maximize the benefits from partners through market mindshare, lead sharing campaigns, marketing programs, incentives, sales, technical training, and events.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing a robust pipeline through partner opportunities across NSW, QLD, and ACT.
  • Developing and leveraging partner relationships to grow mindshare across all levels within their organization, especially at higher management and C-level.
  • Maintaining quarterly business plans aligned to business metric targets such as training, certification, deal registration, pipeline build, and revenue.
  • Collaborating closely with the Marketing team to help drive marketing and incentive programs to drive sales.
  • Engaging with Rapid7 Channel Operations to enable partners in the use of our Partner Portal resources and understand back-office logistics and processes.
  • Coordinating enablement activities with respect to Sales and Technical education.
  • Driving adoption and enforcement of the Partner program as well as identifying partner specialisations.
  • Developing and onboarding partners in support of the local region sales plans and priorities.
  • Collaborating with sales leaders to support the overall growth of our channel program, development of partners-facing collateral, sales tools, tracking, and internal communication tools, and marketing programs.
  • Working with our strategic technology and hyper-scaler partners to develop our joint business in the region.
