**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and procedurally driven **Administration Assistant **to join our **Secretariat Team **based in **Sydney **.

Working as an integral member of the Secretariat Team, this **full-time **opportunity will support our global shareholders and board members. We are seeking a team player, someone who is prepared to help others and collaborate to deliver an excellent experience for our stakeholders. In return, we will support your professional development by mentoring and coaching you to further develop your skills.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Maintenance of corporate and shareholder records.
- Monitoring Secretariat and Share Registry inbox.
- Assisting Company Secretary & Assistant Company Secretaries with projects, subsidiary board governance, electronic filing, photocopying, drafting and errands.
- Assisting Share Registrars with share offers, share sales, dividend payment processes, share proceeds receipting and shareholder loan administration.
- Assisting Share Registrars with electronic filing.
- Invoice management.
- Data base management.

**What will you bring to the team?**
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail with experience of formatting and collating documents.
- Ability to work unsupervised, prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines.
- A strong client focus and dedicated approach to resolving problems and queries.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- High-level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A positive and flexible approach to your work.
- Willing to work onsite (Office-based) at GHD Piccadilly office (Sydney)
