Job Description

The role of Corporate Secretariat Team Administrator at Baker McKenzie Australia is a critical position that plays a vital part in the corporate secretarial practice. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the partner and special counsel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing, mailing, and managing couriers
  • Sending registered office mail to clients and updating master lists
  • Registering files and maintaining central filing lists
  • Assisting with corporate register filings and lodgements with ASIC and ABRS
  • Attending to payments of ASIC fees and invoices
  • Processing credit card payments and direct debits
  • Managing company searches, PPSR, and litigation search requests
  • Supporting timesheets and billing queries

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including superannuation, paid annual leave, and opportunities for career growth and development.
