**About the role**
Are you a proactive, highly organized individual with a passion for supporting teams and ensuring smooth operations? We're searching for a skilled Team Administrator to play a pivotal role in maintaining efficiency and collaboration within a vibrant organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and team events
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in managing team communications and correspondence
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
- Act as a liaison between team members and various departments
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to contribute to overall team success
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience as a Team Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
