**About the role**
As the Team Administrator, you'll be at the heart of this organisation's mission, working closely with the Office Manager to ensure top-notch customer service and smooth operations. They really value initiative and a "get stuff done" attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage sales administration, including quote requests, support and general inquiries, order fulfillment, and invoicing.
- Handle data entry and maintain the customer database.
- Support marketing initiatives.
- Perform general office duties.
- Assist the wider team with various day-to-day tasks.
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative duties.
