As a **Salesforce Administrator **at **Team Global Express **, you’ll play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and grow our Salesforce CRM platform from the ground up. With your expertise in Salesforce best practices, problem-solving skills, and passion for enhancing business processes through technology, you’ll collaborate with various business areas to drive impactful outcomes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring an exceptional user experience, managing change, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You can expect to review support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and prioritise tasks. Engage with stakeholders to discuss requirements and provide project updates. And additionally, you’ll design and implement scalable solutions, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with various business areas to optimise Salesforce for data capture, processes, insights, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain Salesforce, ensuring data governance, user management, and data integrity.
- Drive efficiencies through automation and identify areas for improvement.
- Design scalable, best-practice solutions based on requirements and feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce.
- Collaborate across business areas to optimise Salesforce for data capture, processes, insights, and reporting.
- Create and maintain communication journeys in Marketing Cloud.

**About You**

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes. Your ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms and your commitment to user satisfaction set you apart. You are comfortable with change management and governance, and you excel at managing multiple aspects of Salesforce projects.

**Qualifications**
- Certification in Salesforce Administration.
- Understanding of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Journeys would be advantageous
- Proven ability to implement Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, and more.
- Strong data management skills to improve Salesforce data quality.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
