Are you an experienced Senior Project Officer looking for an exciting and innovative opportunity?

**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a Senior Project Officer/Researcher in Residence (RiR) to join their team for a two-year period, working with Key Assets Australia, a non-governmental child and family support service organisation.

As the Senior Project Officer you will be embedded within the organisation to support the translation of evidence, development of a learning and improvement culture, and generation of new evidence. Your role will help to narrow the gap between academia and practice by mobilising established research evidence into practice and creating new research evidence that is more relevant and actionable for decision makers in the health service.

You will initially work exclusively with one of Key Assets Australia's remote, co-located child and family support service models, offering drop-in and appointment-based parenting and child development support, counselling for children and young people, and specialist support for families experiencing adversity.

**Your responsibilities include**:
Engage and build collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders both within and external to Key Assets Australia to optimise child and family health outcomes
Leads project management from submission to delivery, under limited supervision, including managing stakeholder expectations
Facilitate and lead internal and external meetings/workshops with stakeholders to achieve project outcomes with limited support

**About you**:
Masters or equivalent qualification in relevant field (e.g., public health, health sciences, evaluation)
Experience in project management from developing project plans and bringing a project to fruition within budget and within the agreed time frame
Strong understanding of and experience in a range of research methodologies - including co-design, qualitative, quality improvement and survey methodologies
Knowledge and expertise in the areas of health and/or social care
