**About the Role and You**

Over the past 7 years, Trinity has developed and implemented a far-sighted strategic plan that expanded and enhanced the quality of its educational, cultural and social programs and modernized its policies, processes and infrastructure. The College is about to embark on developing its next strategic plan - Trinity 2030.

The Strategy Advisor will be responsible for working with the Warden (CEO) and members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) to develop the Trinity 2030 strategy. The Strategy Advisor will guide consideration by management, the Board, Council and stakeholders of the imperatives that will drive the College’s development of this next strategy, a strategy designed to ensure the College’s continued growth and progress. The Strategy Advisor will also conduct research and prepare written reports for governing bodies including the Board and its subcommittees and support the change management needs, project delivery and governance of the strategic initiatives as directed by the Warden.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated skills and experience in project management, supporting organisational change and projects. You will bring with you your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to effectively consult and engage with a range of stakeholders which include the management, the Board and Council.

**Contract type**:This is a full time, fixed term position commencing August 21, 2023, until June 30, 2025.

**Salary Range**: Band 5 FTE $120,000 plus 17.5% leave loading plus 10.5% superannuation.
