The **Research, Innovation and Commercialisation (RIC)** group is a specialist team dedicated to enabling the University's research and enterprise mission, working closely with academics, professional colleagues, industry partners, funding agencies and government agencies..

**About the role**

As Executive Director, Office of Research Management you will be the driving force behind the University's research mission, leading a large team of professionals in delivering exceptional pre
- and post-award grants management, contract support, finance, infrastructure, and governance services to academics.

With a mission to elevate the University's research performance to new heights, you will be an instrumental figure in building strategic relationships with national and international organisations, funders, and government agencies.

As a dynamic people leader, you will also collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Deputy Vice Chancellor - Research (DVCR), research Pro Vice-Chancellors, Deans, Associate Deans Research, Executive Directors, General Counsel, CFO, and CIO to evaluate and transform the services offered by RIC. As a key member of RIC’s executive leadership team, you will lead the delivery of high-quality and efficient University-wide business services, driving excellence in research and shaping the University's future success.

**About you**
