**About the Role**
This is your chance to join the successful and dynamic Advancement team at Australia’s #1 University You will provide alumni and donor engagement services to five University-owned residences. Reporting to the Director, Alumni Relations (Advancement Office) with a dotted reporting line to the Associate Director, Residential Services (University Colleges and Residential Life portfolio), the Alumni & Stakeholder Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing project and operational alumni and stakeholder support to the University Colleges and Residential Life portfolio.

This newly created position will support the implementation of the 2024-2025 Advancement strategy for the University Colleges & Residential Life portfolio. The position will support the delivery of strategic alumni and donor engagement initiatives, including events and communications, whilst also having a strong focus on business process improvement, information management and project coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

- In collaboration with the Director, Alumni Relations, the Director, University Colleges and Residential Life, and College Heads, develop a bespoke alumni and donor engagement operational plan which complements and supplements the University’s alumni and donor engagement strategy.
- Support relationships with alumni, donors, volunteers, and other external stakeholders.
- Project-manage the delivery of bespoke engagement initiatives, including communications and events, in support of the portfolio’s alumni and donor engagement operational plan, ensuring the timely delivery of activities within budget.

**Who we are looking for**
This is a varied role that will suit an experienced multi-tasker, with a strong interest in data-driven initiatives and measurable outcomes, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

We’re looking for people who has high-level organisational and project coordination skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and within strict deadlines and budgets. You should be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment, with the ability to work autonomously with considerable independence.

You will also have:

- An appropriate tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training as per the current Enterprise Agreement classifications.
- A well-developed understanding of both external and internal stakeholder engagement - ideally in a university or fundraising environment.
- Demonstrated skill in coordinating complex projects within time and budget, and with responsibility for ensuring successful outcomes in relation to project deliverables.
