**YOUR ROLE**

Being a valued member of the Listed team in the Company Secretariat Office this role will see you working in the Company Secretariat Office (CSO), Listed team as a Board Governance Officer. The role will provide support our Group Company Secretary and two Executive Managers, to ensure the provision of efficient, effective and timely company secretarial services to the IAG Group of Companies, primarily the Listed Board & Committees (and Management Committees or other forums as required, including the Continuous Disclosure Committee). This is a unique opportunity to focus on corporate governance for the Listed company where you will be working with senior stakeholders across the Group, including the Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Listed Board.

In supporting the CSO, Listed team you will be responsible for:

- Managing the Listed Board and Committee calendar, and scheduling of meetings / diary management, and acting as the point of contact for key stakeholders with regards to Board matters - including the Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Listed Board;
- Assist the Assistant Company Secretaries with the preparation and maintenance Agenda Plans for the Listed Board and Committees (and Management Committees as required, including Disclosure Committee), and the preparation of draft Agendas;
- Manage regulatory filings and statutory records for the IAG Group;
- Creating and publishing Meetings Packs for the Listed Board/Committees and Management Committees (including the Disclosure Committee) as required, and all administrative support for meetings (including room bookings, catering, travel and entertainment, and expenses);
- Assisting with ongoing periodic regulatory and compliance requirements;
- Managing and overseeing the corporate database (GEMS), including functionality, reporting and user access management;
- Providing administrative support for Meetings and support to the Group Company Secretary and Executive Managers as required; and
- Liaising with and managing the full suite of stakeholders involved in the Listed Board’s processes and meetings.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Governance experience or experience working with Board processes will be highly regarded.
- Advanced technology acumen, including managing electronic board portals (e.g., Diligent), entity management systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Corporations Act and Regulations, ASX Listing Rules, ASX Corporate Governance Principles and other relevant law relating to corporate governance -experience with APRA regulation (or a regulatory regime with equivalent complexity - i.e. outside of financial services) will be highly regarded.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Effective decision making and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player, with high optimism and outcome orientated.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality always.
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to drive success
